All bikes are professionally tuned before shipping and delivered in our custom-engineered 'Ride-Ready' box. You will only need to attach the handlebars and pedals using the included tool kit.

What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your bike in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply for bikes that show significant wear.
What kind of warranty comes with my frame?
Every Orange Bike frame comes with a 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Components are covered by their respective manufacturers' warranties, typically ranging from 1 to 2 years.
