At Orange Bikes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original box, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the bike or components, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
